We provide complete credentials documentation for commercial tender submissions. All documents are available within 24 hours of request. Standard credentials package includes:
- WSIB Certificate of Clearance
Current WSIB clearance letter confirming compliance. Available on demand, typically within 2–4 business hours. - RenoMark Certification
Member of the RenoMark program — committed to a professional code of conduct, warranty, and consumer protection standards. - Tarion Registration
Registered with Tarion for new home construction work. Relevant for developer and new build tender submissions. - Supplier Certifications
Certified applicator for DuRock Alfacing, Durabond, and STO EIFS and stucco systems. Supplier references available.

How to Submit a Tender or RFQ
Our RFQ and tender process is designed to give procurement teams a fast, documented response with no back-and-forth delays. Here is how it works:
Send Your RFQ or Tender Package
Email your RFQ, tender drawings, scope of work, and required submission format to estimating@alasya-construction.ca. Include the project address, submission deadline, and contact name. For urgent submissions, call 905-917-4568 and reference ‘commercial tender’ — we will prioritize your file.
Site Review and Scope Confirmation (within 48 hours)
We review the scope and, where required, conduct a site visit to assess conditions before pricing. For most commercial exterior scopes, a site visit is necessary to accurately price substrate conditions, access requirements, and material quantities. We schedule site visits within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Tender Submission (within deadline)
We submit a fully itemized tender document in your required format — or our standard format if not specified. Submission includes: line-item breakdown of labour and materials, project timeline with milestones, CPM schedule for projects over $50,000, list of subcontractors (if any), and full credentials package.
Award and Mobilization
Upon award, we issue a formal contract, provide all required insurance and WSIB documentation, and establish a project management contact for your team. Mobilization timelines depend on project scope — we confirm scheduling at contract execution and provide written timelines for all phases.
Site Execution and Progress Reporting
Your dedicated project manager provides regular progress updates in your preferred format (email reports, site meetings, or portal updates). We maintain daily site logs, photograph progress at all stages, and flag any scope change conditions in writing before proceeding.

Services have included full building envelope assessments, phased façade restoration programs coordinated around building occupancy, and reserve fund repair scopes in compliance with condo corporation procurement requirements.
